CALPE SCHOOL

 

Dear Parents,

We would like to wish you a very Happy New Year and hope you all enjoyed the Christmas break. We would also like to thank you for all the support given to the school in 2009 and look forward to another productive year. As a smaller school we are privileged to be able to communicate closely with parents which we feel has an extremely positive effect on the children and the school. We look forward to the continuity of this in 2010.

CHRISTMAS SHOW/CAROL CONCERT

We are very proud of the children for all their preparation and hard work for the Christmas show and Carol Concert. I am sure you will all agree that they did a fantastic job. We would also like to thank you for the support you gave all the children and Calpe School.

SCHOOL EQUIPMENT

During the holidays we purchased from England over 150 library books, as well as further school stationery for the classrooms. We also purchased various items of sports equipment.

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

The list of after school activities this term will be sent home with your child on Monday 11th January. All activities will start on Monday 18th January and end on Monday 22nd March 2010.  

SCHOOL UNIFORM

It has come to our attention that some of the children are not wearing the correct School Uniform. Please ensure that your child wears the correct School Uniform at all times. Winter uniform is available from the School office between 09.15am to 09.45am and 4pm to 5pm. 

PARKING

We would like to ask you once again to consider our neighbours and the flow of traffic when parking. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
