Buon Appetito!

Year 4&5 prepared and ate a 3-course Italian Menu as part of their Food Technology unit. The children used a variety of skills including chopping, slicing, grating, mixing and spreading to create garlic bread, bruschetta, vegetarian bolognaise and tri-colour pasta for their starter and main course. To finish, the children decorated their own dessert bowl and created their own ice-cream sundaes using their design from the week before. Yum Yum!!
