EMERGENCY!!

Reception spent the week exploring emergency services vehicles. In Literacy, the class developed their rhyming skills by playing lots of games such as BINGO, Odd One Out and Peg the Rhyme; and matched rhyming ice cream scoops. In Maths, the children learned lots of new position and measuring vocabulary. They measured the length, height and capacity of their toys and containers and hid their bears in different places around the house. In Creative Time everyone made police badges, fire fighter hats, paramedic kits and created pictures of emergency service vehicles.
