As part of their Science topic, Year 3 have been investigating whether having a longer femur bone means that you will be able to jump further!
They decided how to keep their test fair and what they needed to change before they made their predictions. Some children thought that those with larger femurs might not be able to jump as far because their bones would be heavier so it would be harder for them to jump. Some children thought fitness and strength might also play a part. Come and ask them about their results and they can explain their conclusions….
