Year 3 Teacher Role

ROLE SUMMARY:

Calpe School is seeking an exceptional teacher with Year 3 experience to join their dedicated
team for a late August start date. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for creative
and experiential learning and a commitment collaborative teaching. We are dedicated to
creating an atmosphere where children are ‘Happy to Learn’ and where they can reach their full
potential.

Calpe school provides an exciting curriculum with high teacher to pupil ratio for children
from 2 to 11 years old. Our school philosophy is to provide our children with the best all-round

which we do very well by working with parents to nurture our children through these very
important primary years of education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● A proficient and engaging KS2 teacher with an understanding for students and their
needs and a passion for fostering learning.
● Inspire students with dynamic and interactive lessons that encourage critical thinking,
creativity, and self-expression.
● Foster a love for learning; helping students to develop their communicative, analytical,
and creative skills.
● Model resilience by adapting to diverse learning needs, embracing challenges and
demonstrating a growth-mindset.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

● Bachelor's Degree and a PGCE, PGDE and/or QTS or Bachelors of Education (B.Ed.) with
QTS
● A minimum of 3 years experience teaching the English National Curriculum
Desirable:
● Experience using Google for Education
● Experience working in an International School
